Are All Your Products Vegan?

Not all, but most! Our Granolas are made vegan but our Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies are not.

How Should I Store The Granola?

In order to preserve the quality of your granola, make sure you re-seal the bag each time you open it. Always store it in a cold, dry area. After the best before date, you can stick it in your fridge to preserve for another month!

Are The Oats Gluten Free?

Yes! We source our organic sprouted oats from a certified gluten free company.

What Is Amaranth?

Great question! Amaranth is a gluten free, ancient grain that has been around for millennia with an impressive nutrient profile.

High in protein, fibre, antioxidants and micronutrients like magnesium & iron.

We love its earthy flavour and when we pop it using high heat it gives our granola that extra crunch!

Right now we only offer our products online and through our instagram profile @flakedfoods.

Do You Offer Shipping Outside Canada?

We do! We offer International shipping at real time rates.

What Are Your Local Rates?

We offer local delivery (with a 15km radius) for $4.99 or free shipping with orders over $50.00. If you live outside our radius we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 for orders over $32.00
